Here’s a brief overview of how the program works.
You will be awarded 1 point for every dollar spent at Georgio’s on food, beverage, and alcohol purchases. For every 300 points earned, a $20 value will be added to your Frequent Guest/ Gift Card. We’ll also track lifetime points earned to give you other cool rewards. Sign up for our email list at www.georgiospizza.com to receive information on special offers and privileges which are exclusive to our Frequent Guest Club members. You may also check your points and gift card balances online.
Georgio’s Frequent Guest Points are available on qualifying purchases at all participating Georgio’s restaurants. You must present your Frequent Guest card for dine-in and carryout orders at the time of payment to receive points. For delivery orders, you can provide your Frequent Guest Card number over the phone at the time of placing your order or keep your receipt and return it to Georgio's with your Frequent Guest number written on the top of the receipt. Your receipt can be returned to your delivery driver at the time of payment or it can be mailed to PO Box 314, Crystal Lake, IL 60039.
To redeem the gift card value on your Frequent Guest card, you must present your Frequent Guest card at the time of payment. We can currently take these cards as payment for all orders. To redeem for delivery orders, you must provide your card number over the phone at the time of placing your order.
No purchase is necessary to get a card; however you can only have one active card at a time. Lost or stolen cards are replaceable. To get our card, you must complete an enrollment form and give it to any Georgio’s employee. To enroll, you must have a valid address. Account transfers and address changes may be made in writing with necessary supporting documentation.
Points will not be issued for tax, tip, or on any special offers, discounts, coupons or gift card purchases. Any Georgio’s receipts that have any kind of discount applied will not be eligible for points. Some of Georgio’s guests may have school booster or sports team discount cards, or other types of coupons or discounts. We encourage those guests to use their frequent guest card to earn points, instead of using a coupon or other discount. Our Frequent Guest Program is designed to give its members higher rewards, along with special offers and privileges for members with higher lifetime points earned. We will keep track of lifetime points earned and send out emails notifying members of specials that are exclusive to our Frequent Guest Club members.
A receipt will serve as confirmation that the points were credited to your account. Unfortunately, sometimes our computer system may experience some downtime so your receipt may not be totally accurate.
Points will not be issued on the purchase of gift certificates/cards. If the recipient of the gift card is a Frequent Guest member, than they will be able to earn points on their qualifying purchases.
Georgio’s reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate the Frequent Guest Club, to change, add or delete network partners, and to alter, limit, modify or add to the Frequent Guest Club rules, regulations terms and conditions, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in point values, rewards, and reward levels, all with or without prior notice, at any time. Except where required by law or provided for in the program rules, Georgio’s Frequent Guest points have no cash value. Points are surrendered for award redemption only. Georgio’s reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and/or void all or a portion of a member's point balance if the points have been issued, received or redeemed through computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means or in a manner not authorized in the Official Rules & Conditions or in other current Georgio’s Frequent Guest Club rules. These rights are in addition to any other legal or equitable remedy which may be available to the Georgio’s Frequent Guest program under applicable law.
