Do you take reservations?

Georgio's dining room seating is on a first come first serve basis. However, we will allow guests to call ahead and put their name on the wait list if we are on a wait. For more information on the <call-ahead wait list, see Q & A below.>

Do you deliver to my neighborhood?

We deliver seven days a week, beginning at 4pm during the week, and at 11am on Saturday and Sunday. Listed below are the delivery boundaries for each location.

Crystal Lake location:

Crystal Lake & Lakewood:	We deliver to all of Crystal Lake & Lakewood.
Oakwood Hills:	We deliver to all of Oakwood Hills.
Prairie Grove:	We only deliver to areas South of Ames Rd and West of Valley View Rd.
Cary:	We only deliver to areas North of Three Oaks Rd and West of Rawson Bridge Rd.
Bull Valley:	We do not deliver to Bull Valley. We will deliver as far north as Raintree Dr.
Woodstock, Island Lake, McHenry:	We do not deliver to these areas.
Algonquin, Lake in the Hills, Huntley:	We do not deliver to these areas.

Algonquin location:

Algonquin, Lake in the Hills:	We deliver to all areas in Algonquin and LITH
Huntley:	We only deliver to parts of Huntley East of Rt. 47
Carpentersville:	We only deliver to areas North of Miller Rd. in Carpentersville.
Crystal Lake:	We only deliver to areas in South of Ackman Rd. in Crystal Lake.
Lakewood:	We only deliver to areas near Turnberry and Redtail Golf club areas.
Cary:	We do not deliver to Cary.
Woodstock:	We do not deliver to Woodstock.

Do you accept checks or credit cards?

We accept the following methods of payment: Cash, Check, Travelers Checks, Gift Card/Certificate, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.(We only accept personal checks for carryout or delivery, and they must be local and have name, address, and phone # written on the check).

Can I place an order over the phone and then come in and eat it in the dining room? Georgio's takes "carryout" orders only via the phone or walk-in. If there is a table available in the dining room when you arrive, we will be happy to change your order to a "dine-in" order. Once your order is changed, you will be seated and a server will be with you in a few moments.

Can I save a table until the rest of my party arrives?

Georgio's does not seat incomplete parties. The problem with this is that many times the rest of the party arrives very late or not at all, and the table that is being "saved" could have been used by other guests.

Can I call over the phone to see how long the wait is?

Yes. When you call to see how long the wait is, you should ask to speak with the hostess. They will let you know what the wait is currently- which could change by the time you arrive.

How does the Call-ahead Wait List work?

Concerned about having to wait for a table on a busy night? Georgio's is happy to offer a Call-ahead Wait List to our guests. Here's how it works:

Call Georgio's and find out how long the wait is. We will only take calls for the Wait List If the wait is longer than 15 minutes.
Arrive at Georgio's about 10-15 minutes before the quoted wait time and let the hostess know when you have arrived.
You will be seated as soon as your name hits the top of the list.

Can I order a half baked or frozen pizza to cook at home?

Sure! We sell 10" frozen deep dish pizzas that are ready to go, and are available in Cheese, Sausage, Pepperoni, or Spinach. We will also be happy to custom make any pizza you wish, and have it half-baked or frozen for you. If you would like your custom pizza to be frozen we will need about 24 hours notice. We can have half baked pizzas ready pretty quickly.

Reheating instructions are printed on the box.

Do you have a band or any entertainment tonight?

We will occasionally have live bands on the weekends at our Crystal Lake location. We may also have other events occurring throughout the week. Visit our events page to see a schedule of upcoming events. You may also join our mailing list to receive emails of special events or promotions going on.

How can I set up a catering event, or a party at Georgio's?
