First Step... Excel at your position:

Employees who go above and beyond the call of duty will be recognized and promoted by management. These employees will be given the opportunity to learn and work new positions throughout the restaurant.

Second Step... Certified trainer:

Certified trainers are responsible for training all new hires at their restaurant and for assisting the managers in maintaining Georgio's high standards. You will become involved in management meetings, assist with special projects and be given the chance to participate in new store openings.

Third Step... Shift Leader:

Once you have completed the Certified Trainer program, you will be eligible for promotion to either a Dining Room Shift Leader or Kitchen Shift Leader. At this time you will begin our management training program. This program will offer in-depth knowledge through each area of management and has been designed to prepare employees for the next level of responsibility. Training will include hands-on learning and curriculum testing.
